After lot of brainstorming, the group came to the conclusion that every such noble effort fails because of only two reasons:

• Who will hold what post
• Where did the money go which was collected

The group unanimously decided that we will have no formal office bearers and different responsibilities shall be shared by different volunteers as per their capability and time availability.

Further, there shall not be any collection of money, as the idea is to motivate the underprivileged section of society to register their kids mostly to Government school where books, uniforms, meal etc are free upto certain classes and will have less burden on the parents. Moreover, even some little money is to be expended on child education that is between the guardian and school and hence Mission Taaleem need not collect any money on this account. However, we do have models where we provide the information about such needy students and desirous people can directly adopt one or more student where they can take the educational responsibility of such child and also monitor the progress of child and there will be no intermediately to reduce the benefit to the child. Of course Mission Taaleem will also keep a track about the progress of education of such students. Similarly, they can also adopt a teacher in which one can pay remuneration to such teachers directly whereby such teachers helps these children in their studies in evening hours as their parents being illiterate can not guide/monitor the progress of these children. Of course Mission Taaleem will keep track of such teachers and classes and keep the adopter posted about the progress of both child and the teacher.
