It was in mid 2010, the movement Mission Taaleem was conceived. A group of professionals from different field of life alongwith local community leaders understand the role/ importance of education for an individual's success in life and for overall development of the society. The group deliberated in detail about the reasons of deprivation of weaker section of the society and how to bring them to the main stream of the society. After the discussion, it emerged that the reason for all deprivation, under privileged is the lack of education and until 100 % children of such deprived section of society are motivated to attend the school, they can not be part of inclusive growth of India and our nation won't be fully developed until every section of society is part of this developed journey and inclusive growth is achieved.

To take this concept ahead, team members started holding meetings in different parts of NCR (Delhi). At the same time, we also involves local community leaders and religious clergies whereby they also spread the importance of education and make them aware that education is the only way to become part of the growth story of India which till now, they have missed.

It is seen that even a small percentage of students which is going to school becomes dropout in class 6 th or 7 th as by the time they reach at the age of 13/14 yrs, parents in lure of some quick money make them join some auto garage/ mechanic shop or some factory as a help boy. We have to reverse this trend at any cost and make them continuing their education by helping and motivating them. In doing so, we shall reach out to every nook and corner of India, to spread this movement.

Our Activities

• Motivating parents, religious and community leaders to enroll their kids in nearby govt schools
• Counseling parents/students about different career options
• Spreading information about different Govt schemes/scholarships in the field of education
• Holding special camps for awareness/filling of scholarship, admission forms across Haryana, Delhi and Western uttar pradesh etc.
• Holding special camps to fill EWS/BPL forms in Delhi/Haryana
• Holding rallies in rural areas to promote universal education by involving Sarpanch and local body's representatives
• Taking up students and parents grievances with education department and Government authorities
